Employee Fell From Roof

On February 2, 2000, Employee #1, working as a roofer, fell 20 feet through the open side of the roof to the inside of the building landing on the concrete floor. Employee #1 sustained multiple injuries to the head, arms, legs, and internal organs; and expired two days later.
