Employee Dies From Asphyxiation In Collapsed Trench

Employee #1 died from asphyxiation when he was buried in a collapsed trench. He was digging a trench for his cousin in his yard. He then got off the backhoe and went into the trench. The sides caved in and buried him. He died from asphyxiation.
