ELECTRIC SHOCK - DIRECT CONTACT WITH ENERGIZED PARTS

An electrician was wiring the line side of a main circuit breaker while the circuit was energized. He had connected one of the three phase conductors. As he connected the second phase conductor, he apparently contacted an energized part and was electrocuted.
