Investigation Summary
Three employees were rigging a load to a hydraulic telescoping truck crane. The boom on the crane contacted a 69-kilovolt overhead power line, and all three employees received electric shocks. One of them was electrocuted. The other two employees were permanently disabled by their injuries.
