Employee killed when struck by falling tree

At approximately 11:00 a.m. on July 16, 1996, Employee #1 was cutting the top out of a hardwood tree that had been felled by a three-wheeled feller-buncher. As he was working, the feller-buncher downed another hardwood tree. It fell on Employee #1, killing him.
