Employee killed in fall with tree

Employee #1 was trimming a tree that had a rotten center. He was starting to cut a branch above him when the tree broke just below where he was tied off. Part of the tree fell, carrying Employee #1 with it. He dropped approximately 30 ft, and was killed.
