Employee is killed when run over by truck

On September 13, 2002, Employee #1 was preparing some trees and shrubs to be loaded onto an adjacent truck for shipping. He was bent over tightening a wire basket around the ball of a holly tree when the driver of the truck pulled forward and ran over him. Employee #1 was killed. The driver could not see Employee #1 from where he was positioned in the cab of his truck.
