EMPLOYEE KILLED WHEN CRUSHED BY ROOF TRUSS

Employee #1 was lifting a large wooden roof truss from the press stands using a job made hook attached to an overhead hoist. The hook was too small for the width of the wood member and the truss slipped from the hook. The truss struck him on the head killing him.
