Employee killed when pinned under overturned forklift

Employee #1 was operating a forklift when it overturned, pinning the driver underneath. She was working alone and there were no witnesses to the accident. Employee #1 was found by a coworker who went into the yard to help load a forklift. The coworker yelled for help and for someone to call 911. Other coworkers from the neighboring establishment drove their forklifts to the accident scene and raised the overturned forklift to free Employee #1. She was administered CPR until emergency services arrived. Employee #1 was treated while being transported to the hospital, but she died a short time later.
