ELECTRIC SHOCK - DIRECT CONTACT WITH ENERGIZED PARTS

A maintenance worker was performing maintenance on an electrically actuated valve for a hydrogenation unit in a fatty acid plant. He apparently contacted energized parts and was electrocuted.
