Employee injures head in fall from roof, later dies

Employee #1 was demolishing a metal and concrete block structure. He was standing on a lower roof of the main structure and was removing screws from metal panels overhead when he fell 9 ft 4 in. to the ground. Employee #1 sustained a head injury, and later died as a result of his injuries.
