ELECTRIC SHOCK - CONTACT WITH OVERHEAD LINE THRU BOOM

An employee was working at the controls of a boom mounted on a Ford truck. He operated the controls to raise the boom instead of lowering it, and the boom contacted an overhead power line. The employee was electrocuted.
