Employee injured in fall from peak of roof

Employee #1 was delivering a load a shingles to the peak of a roof at a house under construction. He slipped on the dew-covered felt paper and fell 12 ft from the peak down the roof surface and then another 12 ft from the eave to the ground. Employee #1 fractured his left ankle and femur. At the time of the accident, he was a temporary worker for a material supply company, who had been hired through a local employment agency.
