Investigation Summary
Employee #1 was spray painting a second-floor closet at an apartment complex under construction. He was out on a balcony pulling on the airline when he lost his balance and fell approximately 10 ft onto a steel grating. He suffered multiple injuries, including a fractured elbow and fractures to both wrists. The balcony had no guardrails.
