Employee killed when run over by gravel trailer

At approximately 11:30 a.m. on August 21, 1998, Employee #1 was helping a coworker unload his gravel trailer. The coworker told Employee #1 that he was going move his vehicle forward. Employee #1 acknowledged this, but when the coworker pulled forward he was run over by the dual wheels of the trailer. Employee #1 was crushed and killed.
