At approximately 7:10 a.m. on June 24, 1996, Employee #1, an outside truck driver from an export/import consolidation center trucking company, arrived at the BNSF Intermodal yard in Chicago, IL, to pick up a bear chassis. He was pinned by the chassis and killed.
