EMPLOYEE #1 WAS CLIMBING DOWN A LADDER WHEN HIS FOOT SLIPPED A RUNG MADE SLIPPERY BY RAIN. HE FELL 12 FEET TO A DIRT SURFACE, SUSTAINING INJURIES WHICH DID NOT REQUIRE HOSPITALIZATION.
