Investigation Summary
Employee #1 was installing wall frames on the second floor of a two story residential home. He attempted to remove a window panel he had just cut out of the wall, by kicking it with his foot. He lost his balance and fell approximately 8 feet, 8 inches through the window opening to the first floor. The employee was hospitalized, suffering from contusions to the lower back.
