EMPLOYEE #1 WAS STANDING ON THE GROUND DISASSEMBLING A TWO POINT SUSPENSION SCAFFOLD. A WINDOW SECURITY SCREEN FELL FROM OVERHEAD AND STRUCK HIM IN THE HEAD. EMPLOYEE # 1 WAS THE CREW LEADER AND HAD SEVERAL YEAR'S EXPERIENCE.
