PROPANE POWERED FORKLIFTS BEING OPERATED NEARBY APPARENTLY WERE NOT TUNED PROPERLY AND EMITTED CARBON MONOXIDE FUMES. THE SEVEN EMPLOYEES EXHIBITED SYMPTOMS OF CARBON MONOXIDE INTOXICATION AND WERE HOSPITALIZED.
