Employee is killed when scissor lift tipped over after being

At 3:00 p.m. on March 13, 2012, Employee #1 was working on a scissor lift erecting structural steel. The scissor lift was struck by a falling crane ball, which caused the scissor lift to tip over and Employee #1 fall onto the concrete floor. Employee #1 sustained massive head and brain injuries from his fall and was killed.
