EMPLOYEE #1 WAS WORKING IN AN ICE HOUSE, FEEDING ICE INTO AN AUGER. HE SLIPPED INTO AN OPEN GRATE OVER THE AUGER. HIS LEG BECAME CAUGHT IN THE AUGER, CAUSING INJURIES FOR WHICH HE WAS HOSPITALIZED.
