EMPLOYEE #1 WAS REPAIRING A HYDRAULIC HOSE WHILE UNDER A LARGE PLANT-TYPE WASHING MACHINE. HE INADVERTENTLY REMOVED THE WRONG HYDRAULIC HOSE, ALLOWING THE WASHER TO COME DOWN ON HIM. SAFETY STANCHIONS WERE AVAILABLE BUT NOT USED.
