AN EMPLOYEE WAS IN AN AERIAL LIFT TRIMMING TREES ABOVE AN OVERHEAD POWER LINE. HE MOVED THE LIFT SO THAT ITS BOOM CONTACTED THE LINE, ENERGIZING THE AERIAL LIFT TRUCK. ANOTHER EMPLOYEE, WHO WAS LEANING AGAINST THE TRUCK, WAS ELECTROCUTED.
