EMPLOYEE #1, A TRUCKER, WAS RELEASING THE LOAD BINDER ON A TRUCK LOAD OF SAWLOGS. ONE OF THE LOGS ROLLED OFF THE PILE, OVER THE BOLSTER AND ONTO THE TRUCKER, CRUSHING HIM AGAINST THE GROUND.
