EMPLOYEE KILLED IN FALL FROM ROOF

Employee #1 and a coworker were working on a roof. The coworker told Employee #1 he was taking a break in 10 to15 minutes and continued working. A few minutes later, Employee #1 was at the other end of the roof. The coworker looked a few minutes later and did not see Employee #1. A passerby found Employee #1 lying on the ground. He had fallen from the roof 8ft to the concrete walkway striking his head. Employee #1 died in the hospital 4 days later.
