EMPLOYEE #1, AN ELECTRICIAN, WAS WORKING AT AN OFFICE REHABILITATION PROJECT. HE SUDDENLY COLLAPSED AND WENT INTO CONVULSIONS. THE AUTOPSY REVEALED THAT HIS COLLAPSE WAS DRUG RELATED, AND NOT DUE TO ANY OCCUPATIONAL CONDITION.
