AS AN EMPLOYEE WAS DIRECTING A TRUCK INTO POSITION, HE TOUCHED THE HOUSING FOR AN OUTRIGGER ON A TRUCK CRANE. THE CRANE WAS IN CONTACT WITH A 7200-VOLT OVERHEAD POWER LINE AT THE TIME, AND THE EMPLOYEE WAS ELECTROCUTED.
