HE WAS CRUSHED BETWEEN THE SAFETY CAGE AND THE STEEL CROSS MEMBER WHICH CONNECTS THE DUAL MASTS OF THE STACKER CRANE, 90 FEET ABOVE FLOOR LEVEL.
