AN EMPLOYEE CLIMBED A POLE TO RECONNECT A JUMPER THAT HAD COME LOOSE FROM A 7620-VOLT OVERHEAD POWER LINE. THE DEENERGIZED JUMPER WAS TO BE RECONNECTED THROUGH THE USE OF A LIVE-LINE TOOL. THE EMPLOYEE SOMEHOW TOUCHED THE ENERGIZED LINE WHILE HE WAS IN CONTACT WITH THE GROUND WIRE ON THE POLE. THE EMPLOYEE WAS ELECTROCUTED.
