TRIPPED OVER HOSE

AN EMPLOYEE WAS SPRAYING SEALER ON A CONCRETE FLOOR. AS HE STEPPED BACKWARD HE TRIPPED ON THE HOSE CARRYING THE SEALANT AND FELL, STRIKING HIS HEAD ON THE CONCRETE. FATAL INJURIES RESULTED.
