Employee fell from truck cab roof and died

An employee was loading a two-and-one-half-ton flat-bed truck with pulpwood logs. Apparently he climbed up on the cab of the truck to move some logs to the lower side of the bed when he fell to the ground approximately 82 in. and died. The medical examiner indicated that the employee suffered a heart attack.
