AN EMPLOYEE WAS INSTALLING A METAL TUBE THAT WAS 17 INCHES BY 17 INCHES IN CROSS-SECTION AND 20 FEET, 1 INCH LONG. THE TUBE CONTACTED AN OVERHEAD POWER LINE, AND THE EMPLOYEE WAS ELECTROCUTED.
