AN EMPLOYEE WAS WORKING AT A CHURCH. HE ENCOUNTERED A WATER NOZZLE AT A HEIGHT OF 8 FEET, 4 INCHES. THE WATER NOZZLE CONTACTED AN 8320-VOLT OVERHEAD POWER LINE, AND THE EMPLOYEE WAS ELECTROCUTED.
