A LINEMAN FOR AN ELECTRIC UTILITY WAS WORKING FROM A MOTORIZED LIFT NEAR A 13-KILOVOLT OVERHEAD POWER LINE. THE EMPLOYEE CONTACTED THE POWER LINE AND RECEIVED AN ELECTRIC SHOCK FOR WHICH HE WAS HOSPITALIZED.
