A 13.2-KILOVOLT OVERHEAD POWER LINE WAS LOCATED 14 FEET, 8 INCHES ABOVE THE GROUND OVER THE WORK LOCATION. THE BOOM OF THE BACKHOE CONTACTED THE OVERHEAD LINE, ELECTROCUTING THE EMPLOYEE.
