Investigation Summary
Employee #1 was working alongside a conveyor when the lifting/lowering arm of a Vemag machine was being lowered. It struck a Vemag bucket sitting on the floor and caused the machine to tip over onto the employee. She was pinned between the conveyor and the machine and sustained bruises and contusions to her back and legs. Employee #1 was not hospitalized and lost only one day of work.
