AN EMPLOYEE WAS RE-SAGGING AN ENERGIZED 7200-VOLT OVERHEAD POWER LINE. THE EMPLOYEE WAS PERFORMING THIS TASK FROM A UTILITY POLE. A LOOP FORMED IN THE CONDUCTOR BETWEEN THE SLACK BLOCK GRIPS. THE LOOP APPARENTLY ROTATED AND CONTACTED THE EMPLOYEE'S LEFT ELBOW. THE EMPLOYEE WAS ELECTROCUTED. THE CURRENT ENTRY AND EXIT POINTS WERE THE EMPLOYEE'S LEFT ELBOW, HIS RIGHT INNER KNEE AREA, AND HIS FEET.
