AN APPRENTICE ELECTRICIAN WAS CHECKING AN ENERGIZED TOGGLE SWITCH FOR PROPER CONNECTION. THE 17-YEAR-OLD EMPLOYEE CONTACTED AN ENERGIZED PORTION OF THE 120-VOLT SWITCH AND WAS ELECTROCUTED.
