EMPLOYEE INJURED WHEN CAUGHT UNDER FORKLIFT
Employee #1 was operating a forklift. He drove the lift from the loading dock into the warehouse and was making a left turn when the lift started to overturn. He tried to jump clear but the lift fell on his leg resulting in serious injuries.
