At approximately 8:30 p.m. on July 13, 1990, Employee #1 was dropped off at a work site. He went up to the roof to get his tools. Employee #1 fell about 30 ft from the hip roof and was found dead on the river bank at approximately 6:00 a.m. on July 14, 1990.
