Event: 06/18/1997
One employee killed, one injured in 25 ft fall from zip line

At approximately 11:25 p.m. on June 18, 1997, Employees #1 and #2, challenge course facilitators, connected their safety harnesses to the zip wire rope to descend after sending students through the double zip wire activity.
