Investigation Summary
For some reason, Employee #1 went out a window and walked across the roof. He fell through a skylight and was killed. He was noticed missing between 9:30 and 10:00 p.m. The other employees searched, but could not find Employee #1. The first shift found his body at approximately 5:30 a.m. and called the county coroner and the Dover police. The scene was investigated by the Tuscarawas County Sheriff.
