AN ELECTRIC UTILITY EMPLOYEE WAS REPLACING DEENERGIZED SWITCHES NEAR AN ENERGIZED 46-KILOVOLT BUS. HE WAS STANDING ON AN I-BEAM 21 FEET ABOVE THE GROUND TO PERFORM THIS WORK. THE EMPLOYEE CONTACTED THE ENERGIZED BUS AND WAS ELECTROCUTED.
