AN EMPLOYEE WAS OPERATING A BOOM TO UNLOAD STEEL GIRDERS. ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WAS DIRECTING THE OPERATION AND GUIDING THE GIRDERS. THE LOAD LINE CONTACTED AN OVERHEAD POWER LINE, ELECTROCUTING THE EMPLOYEE DIRECTING THE OPERATION.
