Investigation Summary
At 1:00 p.m. on February 20, 2025, Employee #1 was tasked with loading vehicles into another container. While attaching metal wires to secure the vehicle wheels inside the container, one of the wires snapped, causing a vehicle to fall and strike Employee #1. Employee #1 was fatally injured.
