Employee Killed When Caught In Conveyor
Employee #1 was a cleaning employee who was told to blow the fibers to one side of a conveyor and then sweep the fibers with a broom from the other side. Employee #1 was found underneath the apron conveyor, with her sweatshirt hood caught in the idler roller and apron conveyor nip point. Employee #1 was killed.
