ELECTRIC SHOCK - CONTACT WITH ENERGIZED CONDUCTOR

AN ELECTRICIAN WORKING FOR AN ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR WAS INSTALLING LIGHTS. AS HE WAS STRIPPING INSULATION FROM A CONDUCTOR, HE WAS ELECTROCUTED. HE HAD FAILED TO TEST THE CIRCUIT TO DETERMINE WHETHER OR NOT IT WAS ENERGIZED. POOR LIGHTING ALSO CONTRIBUTED TO THE ACCIDENT.
