Employee killed in fall when old roof gives way

On or about May 28, 1993, Employee #1 was working on the roof of the Clean Water Systems Company when he fell 40 ft through the roof to the concrete floor of the foundry's core storage area. The employee was standing on old corrugate transite asbestos roof sheeting when it gave way.
