Employee Died Of Natural Causes

Employee #1 was installing a transmission cooler on a truck in the maintenance area. The front truck tires were elevated approximately 1 ft above the concrete floor via stationary ramps. Employee #1 was discovered by the truck's owner after the owner had heard a noise. Employee #1 was lying on the floor. The paramedics were called and arrived within approximately 5 minutes. Employee #1 died. An autopsy was performed, and the results indicated that Employee #1 had died from natural causes including ventricular fibrillation and heart disease.
